On Sunday September 22, 2013 join us for a community-wide
“Green Sukkot Event”, an interactive educational fun experience for children, teens, and adults at Beth Tikvah Synagogue and the Boroughs Jewish Community
Center (BJCC), 45 Oak St. Westborough, MA from 10AM to Noon. There will be
numerous activities for children of all ages as they learn and explore sukkot
traditions with Rabbi Mike Swarttz. Bring your lulav and etrog! If you don’t
have, don’t worry, we’ll have some for you to use. Make decorations from
recycled materials. Enjoy a potluck brunch in the sukkah!
This event is open to the entire community of Greater Boroughs/Central
Mass and it is free. However, we do ask you contribute to the dairy/parve
brunch. Please contact EJ Dotts via email, ejdotts@gmail.com, or sign up
at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050C49A5A92BA13-sukkah.
Please remember that we are a nut-free facility.
Donations of wire hangers, old CDs, yarn, and fabric scraps to
make the decorations are appreciated. There is a collection box in the entry of
the BJCC, or bring the materials the day of the event.
