Blessing of the Animals at St. Stephen's
The community is invited to have their pets blessed.
On Sunday, October 5, at 2:00 PM, members of the community are invited to bring their pets and any animals to be blessed at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 3 John Street, Westborough. Participants are also welcome to bring a reminder of a deceased pet (a collar or other memento) or a stuffed animal (for children who do not have a live pet).
This annual event is held on the Sunday nearest the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, a saint known for his love of animals. The blessing will occur on the parish lawn.
