Matt Travis, Neighbor

I am 28 years old and a 2001 graduate of Westborough High School. I am the Physical Education teacher at the Fales Elementary School in Westborough MA, the Elementary School I attended as a little kid. I am also the owner and head coach at Athletic Revolution Metro West, (www.athleticrevolutionmetrowest.com) a youth fitness and athletic development franchise, located in Westborough. My passion is helping people and the tool I use is Physical Education. I am one of the few people I know who truly loves what I do every day! I love all Boston sports, but consider myself a die-hard Patriots fan. For the past five years I have put my love for football to use, coaching the Westborough Rangers High School Freshman Football team. I received my Undergraduate Degree in Physical Education at Keene State College and am currently working towards my Masters in Health, Physical Education & Recreation at Emporia State University. Last year I received my Youth Fitness Specialist Certification and my Youth Speed & Agility Certification from the International Youth Conditioning Association.
