Jesse Scheinbart, Neighbor

Jesse is just a freshman in high school, but he has been almost obsessed with photography for quite a long time. Working his way up from the bottom, he was a top 10 finalist in a national photography contest sponsored by Canon, which was eventually followed by being an honorable mention in another national contest, sponsored by the Whitney Museum in NYC.
