House legislators approve proposal which includes money for a feasibility study.
On Wednesday, June 20, the state house voted to bring additional funding to local communities for road and bridge repair. The funding will move forward a proposal that would open the Mass Pike to trucks near the Westborough-Hopkinton line. Included in the legislation is a provision that would provide $100,000 in funding to study the feasibility of allowing limited truck access directly to the Mass Pike from Route 135.
