Blue Laws Change Allows Monday Liquor Sales

Gov. Deval Patrick signed a bill this week that fixed a "glitch" in the state's blue laws.

Julio’s Liquors will be open on Monday, the day after Christmas, operating as "business as usual." But until this past Tuesday, liquor stores in Massachusetts were technically not going to be able to open the day after Christmas, according to a provision in the "blue laws" that had not been changed. What Do You Leave for Santa on Christmas Eve? [Poll]

Is anyone going with Red Bull?

It's not easy to travel the world in a single night. Santa and the reindeer reportedly get a little hungry as they repeatedly unload that sleigh. And, for those kids who have been especially good, Santa gets a workout. Westborough Patch wants to know if Santa and the reindeer are getting enough to eat when they stop by our town. What do you plan to leave the crew this year?
