The Westborough Shopping Center has Super Stop & Shop, HomeGoods and several other shops. Something is missing, though. Specifically, from the empty storefront next to Spirit Halloween. This 16,000-square-foot showroom is above Tenka Asian Cuisine and Bikram Hot Yoga, according to Eric Brosler of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate, which is offering the space for lease. How should this storefront vacancy in the Westborough Shopping Center end? The space at 30 Lyman St. housed Kingdom Cuts until it closed on Aug. 18, according to a sign on the window. The building's tenants include such businesses as Definitely Wendy's, Lyn Evans Potpourri Design, Profilio Day Spa and the Vision Center of Westborough, according to Progressive Realty Consultants' website. How should this storefront vacancy on Westborough's Route 30 end? The space at 25 West Main St. is between Avidia Bank and Three Gorges III. A sign says the storefront is available through MetroWest Commercial R.E. MetroWest's website says there's 3,850 square feet there, and that's subdividable. The space also offers "48 shared parking spaces - private lot with plenty of free on-street parking. Now built-out as medical - great for hair salon/spa etc," the website says.
