The developers of a 276-unit residential project near the Westborough commuter rail station will sign their 46th contract this Sunday, Sales Manager Pauline Enterkin said Thursday. Toll Brothers also has five outstanding deposits at the site, known as Westborough Village, she said. The transit-oriented development at 15 Gleason St. hosted a grand opening for its townhomes in late January. The project includes luxury townhomes, "garden-style homes, and single-family homes," according to its website.

A townhome party was held in Westborough on Thursday night. The VIP event was at Westborough Village, where visitors explored four professionally decorated model townhomes. Westborough Village is a 276-unit residential project at 15 Gleason St., near the Westborough commuter rail station. The grand opening of the townhomes is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The four model townhomes will be part of the project's The Meadows Collection, which "has both 2-story and 3-story townhomes with 2-car garages and two or three bedrooms. Four distinctive home designs, ranging from 1,940 to 2,360 square feet, are available. Pricing starts from the mid-$300,000s," according to the press release.

Plans are moving forward to begin construction of Westborough Village, a new residential development near the Westborough commuter rail station. The builder, Toll Brothers, announced that it is now selling pre-construction units. According to a press release, the plan includes “townhomes, garden style homes and single family homes,” with plans to include five parks. The development is located at the junction of Gleason Street and Smith Parkway, about a half mile from the train station.
