Catch Tiger Cubs on TV

Westborough Tiger Cub Den 2, Pack 33 recorded a public service announcement on Westborough TV on Wednesday night.

Westborough Tiger Cub Den 2, Pack 33 toured and roared Wednesday night. The scouts visited Westborough TV, where Production Manager Paul Temple and Executive Director Donna Kelly showed them the production process. The group then recorded a public service announcement promoting the pack. The spot will air shortly.

Westborough TV Seeks Feedback

A survey will go out with the next tax bills.

Stay tuned to an important message from Westborough TV. A survey mailed with the next tax bills, next month, will seek residents' feedback on whether Westborough's community access television organization is providing "what the community perceives as the best service that they can have," Executive Director Donna Kelly told selectmen this past week. Selectmen approved including the survey with the tax bills. Kelly says the surveys will be due May 1. Westborough TV formed in 2004, she noted. "Since then, we've reached a level of service that we feel is quite high for the community, but we would like to confirm that fact," Kelly said. The results also will "assist the cable committee in their contract negotiations," she said. The survey also …

'Just Say'n' There's a New Hit on Westborough TV [VIDEO]

Westborough's Deb Rowe and her four friends share their humor and their lives on new TV show.

Just Say'n that a very funny show has joined the lineup at Westborough TV (WTV). Take two former pageant winners, a standup comedian, a mortgage broker, a drummer from former girl-band Lizzie Borden and the Axes, shake them up in a local drinking establishment and that's Just Say'n. Donna Kelly, executive director of WTV told Westborough Patch, "It's an original voice, which is a little raw and drinking is involved. These woman open up and share their stories. I've gotten great feedback on the show." The first episode, filmed in April at Arturo’s, is now being shown on WTV at night on Channel 11 (Charter) and Channel 24 (Verizon). Westborough TV held its popular "Television Production" student class.

Photojournalist and Westborough TV Production Manager Paul Temple shares this photo essay from the 2011 Westborough TV Television Production summer camp. From July 18 through 22, Westborough TV and the Westborough Recreation Department presented Television Production class for nine students, ages 10 to 12. One of the most popular summer classes offered by the Town of Westborough, Television Production takes place in the Lyman Street studios of Westborough TV. “Westborough TV is open to the community,” said Executive Director Donna Kelly.
