Elizabeth Marriott's Murder Shocks Friends
Marriott, a former high school prom queen, recalled as a very trusting and loyal friend. A vigil is taking place on Saturday night in Westborough.
Friends of Elizabeth Marriott were deeply saddened and shocked after they learned Saturday afternoon that the University of New Hampshire student had been murdered and that her body had not been recovered yet. Dawn Downey of Westborough and her daughter, Nicole, one of Marriott's closest childhood friends, along with Michelle Hunter, Nicole Downey's aunt, were present when NH Assistant Attorney General James Vara revealed to the media that Marriott had been murdered by Seth Mazzaglia, 29, of Dover, NH, and that her body had still not been located.
