Framingham Outback Steakhous Coming to Former Big Papi's Location The home of the Bloomin' Onion will soon call Framingham home, according to a sign at the construction site.  Framingham Beer Works to Open Framingham Selectmen gave approval for a Framingham Beer Works to open in the former Bugaboo Creek Restaurant. Saturday, May 21 12:01 a.m.: The Westborough Fire Department responded to a car accident on the Massachusetts Turnpike. The eastbound lanes in Westborough were closed for about fifteen minutes, from 12:05 to 12:20 a.m. Two people taken to the hospital.
