Icy Roads Possible Overnight

Early morning commute could become slippery.

The National Weather Service (NWS) in Boston is warning drivers in our area to be prepared for slippery driving overnight. Rain could become more widespread as the night continues, and dopping temperatures could lead to icy roadways.  The NWS reports that rain in the area "will likely change to snow" between 10:00 p.m. and midnight. Up to an inch of snow may accumulate.  Morning commuters are cautioned to prepare for icy travel.
