The following information was obtained either through scanner reports, the Westborough Police Department or the Westborough Fire Department.

Here are excerpts from the Westborough police and fire logs. Please note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests; other than that, we pick out incidents you might find interesting.   Tuesday, Oct. 25 9:37 a.m.: Officer Jeffrey Keaveny investigated a report of a crash in the parking lot of Westborough District Court on Oak Street. A car backed into another and then drove away. Witnesses were able to provide information on the fleeing car. A field interrogation report was filed. 1:58 p.m.: Emergency medical services were requested for a patient with back pain on Flanders Road. An ambulance was sent to the scene. Tuesday, Sept. 20 11:35 a.m.: A man went to the Westborough police station to report possible fraud involving his social security number. Officer Laura Grasso assisted him. A field interrogation report was filed. 12:15 p.m.: A two car crash was reported on Route 9 by the Burger King. Officer Terry Peters helped those involved. A field interrogation report was filed. 2:30 p.m.: Emergency medical services were requested on the Ameridose company on Flanders Road for an employee who was complaining of chest pain…

Tuesday, May 24 8:44 a.m.: Emergency medical services were requested on Rogers Road for an elderly woman who was not feeling well. An ambulance was sent to the residence and the woman was taken to a hospital. Officer Charles Dapolite assisted at the scene. 9:30 a.m.: Officer Laura Grasso investigated a report of a hit and run accident on Glen Street. A maroon SUV was reported to have hit a stump grinder owned by a landscaping company that was doing work in the area. The accident resulted in heavy damage to …
