The latest 'You Ask, Patch Answers' addresses that question.
Editor's note: In our column "You Ask, Patch Answers," we help you to find answers to your questions. Email westborough@patch.com if you have a question that you would like us to investigate. Today, we answer this emailed inquiry: "Does anyone know what happened to the DCU drive-up ATM in the Julio's Plaza? Are they replacing it, or is it permanently gone?" Westborough Patch asked Digital Federal Credit Union spokesman John Lahair. "After careful consideration, we removed the ATM in Julio’s Plaza on Feb. 11 and will not be replacing it. In lieu of a replacement, we chose instead to replace the ATM located at our DCU Westborough branch (also in the same plaza) with a brand new ATM," Lahair said Tuesday.

Police chief said the robbery was well planned.
Westborough Police Chief Alan Gordon said there are no leads in the search for a suspect who robbed the Digital Federal Credit Union on Saturday morning. The suspect was described as a clean shaven white male with blonde to reddish blonde hair, in his 20s to…

DCU, we are in the second decade of the 21st century, so you should upgrade your software as well as your hardware. Unfortunately - after you see the splash screen, the new ATM still has the same primitive user interface and functionality that the old one did, which harkens back to 1980's era personal computer Interfaces before the first incarnation of Windows. Reminds me of WordPerfect.   more ›
