Pop Secret's Homestyle popcorn is my fav. Movie theaters are good, too, though the cost is hard to swallow - as is the fake "butter" topping (which I skip.) A note about Regal Cinemas in Westborough - they advertise "combos" (say, a medium popcorn with two medium drinks) but it's not any cheaper. The cost is the same as if you bought each individually. A free program for veterans and surviving spouses is presented at Whitney Place today.

Each morning, Westborough Patch presents “5 Things You Need to Know,” a collection of announcements, events and reminders to help you organize your day. 1. Today at 5:30 p.m., Giving Our Veterans Their Due will be presented at Whitney Place, 5 Lyman St. This free program is designed for veterans who served 90 days or more of active duty, including at least one day in wartime. Surviving spouses are also welcome. Questions will be answered pertaining to eligibility for pension that is not connected to service disabilities.
