Dozens of Carolers Fill Bay State Green

Photos capture the joy of Caroling on the Common.

On Wednesday, Dec. 22, during a blustery evening of slippery roads and steady snowfall, dozens of people filled Bay State Green to share in the music of Christmas.  Caroling on the Common took place at 7:30 p.m. around the pavilion and featured the talent of the Worcester Brass Consort. Revelers shared hot cocoa and printed lyrics, and children played in the fresh snow.  In all, over a dozen songs were shared and the holiday celebration lasted just over an hour.  Westborough Patch photojournalist Lucia Scott captured the evening in this series of over 4 dozen photos. Enjoy this seasonal tribute and Happy Holidays from all of us at Westborough Patch!
