The Westborough Public Library is located on West Main Street between the Forbes Municipal Building and theMore Congregational Church. It is a member of the Central and Western Massachusetts Regional Library System (C/W MARS). Patrons can borrow from any of the participating area libraries. Westborough Public Library also offers discounted museum and attraction tickets. The library is run by a full-time director and an elected 9-person Board of Trustees. The Westborough Public Library includes a Children's Room, Young Adult Reading Room, Reference Department, Westborough History Room, Periodical Room and Adult Services Department.

Call before visiting to see if they are open or if anyone is available to show you around. The Historical Society keeps records of Westborough history through photos, documents, properties and more. The historical society can help you assess the historical value of any items you may have in your possesion, help students with research, and direct you in your search for understanding of local history. It is also a forum for you to talk to other Westborough persons who may have a connection or understanding of items of your historical interest.
Armstrong Elementary School

Armstrong School opened its doors in September 1952 and has always served the town as an elementary school. At someMore point during its history, the school has housed students from kindergarten through grade six. Today, it is one of Westborough's three K-3 elementary schools. Originally known as Westborough Elementary School, the building adopted the title J. Harding Armstrong School in 1959 in honor of a former principal and school superintendent.
