March 9, 2013: Today my mother and I visited Zinc for the first time. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and the door to the store was propped open. We were not greeted when we walked in the store at 3:50pm. In fact, she got up and closed the door and turned off the music only 5 minutes after we entered the store. There were many lovely things in the sore (jewelry that my mother intended on purchasing, and a painting that I was interested in). We were not impressed with the unfriendly service and walked out.
