Fungi Walk, Cemetery Tour Among Weekend Options

  • Shop at a rummage sale: The Congregational Church of Westborough holds a rummage sale at 9 a.m. Saturday.
  • Sample Thanksgiving treats: A sampling of baked goods: Thanksgiving pies and breads will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Harvey's Farm in Westborough. Admission is free.
  • Give blood: A Red Cross blood drive will be held in Westborough from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Congregation B’nai Shalom.
  • Learn about fungi: The Westborough Community Land Trust holds a fungus walk from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Wile Forest, at the end of Carroll Drive.
  • Learn about Memorial Cemetery: The Westborough Historical Society will host a tour of Westborough’s Memorial Cemetery from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27 at the cemetery, on West Main Street, across from Westborough Town Hall.
