ages: 23 months to age 5 with a parent/caregiver. Younger siblings are invited to join as well!

Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga offers a fascinating flow of poses, songs, stories, and games through which parent and child can deepen their bond. This age-appropriate yoga class helps Tykes and their parents discover and enhance their physical and social development.
