Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga with Sweet Pea Yoga

Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga

BABY Itsy Bitsy Yoga is a calming and nurturing yoga practice full of ways to enhance bonding and make babies happier and more comfortable in their bodies. This special class contains dozens of unique yoga postures designed specifically to soothe and support the development of a baby's body.

During the BABY IBY class, the baby is mostly lying on her tummy, back or in a parent's arms. For parents, this class gives the special time necessary to bond with and learn about your baby's emerging personality. No yoga experience required.
