Three Tomahawks scored at least 10 points as the Algonquin Regional High School varsity boys basketball team defeated host Westborough, 74-60, on Monday night.
Junior guard-captain Michael Stamas scored 17 of his team-high 22 points in the second half. Senior forward-captain Tim Armata finished with 16 points, and senior forward Tim Keville had 10.
Junior Connor Fitzgerald had 22 points for Westborough. Seniors Steven Frame and Brendan Kilcoyne added nine each.
The Tomahawks led, 36-24, at halftime.
Algonquin travels to Wachusett at 7 p.m. Friday.
Westborough (0-6) hosts Quabbin at 7 p.m. Friday.
