John Smith is among two candidates left.

Westborough High School Principal John Smith is among two finalists for Hopkinton High School principal.

The Hopkinton High School Principal Screening Committee has invited Smith and Holliston High School Principal Michael Cournoyer to a public forum in April. Faculty, staff, parents and community members will be invited to attend the forum.

In December, Westborough School Superintendent Marianne O'Connor announced that Smith would resign at the end of this school year to pursue “other interests in the field of education.”
