WHS Mattress Fundraiser Generates $2,775

The proceeds will support scholarship and financial assistance to students interested in going on the choral music program's April 2014 music festival tour to Annapolis and Baltimore, Md.

On a day when blankets were a necessity, the Westborough High School Choral Music Program sold mattresses.

The program raised $2,775 on Sunday during its first mattress fundraiser, WHS Choral Director Alyson Greer Espinosa said Monday.

The proceeds will support scholarship and financial assistance to students interested in going on the program's April 2014 music festival tour to Annapolis and Baltimore, Md.
