Westborough school officials are "very dissatisfied" with their school bus service this fall, School Superintendent Marianne O'Connor told the school committee Wednesday night.
The school department is "losing bus drivers by our choice, because they no longer meet our expectations," O'Connor said.
"We're doing the best we can," she said.
"We're on the phone every day with the bus company."
