School Chief's Family Safe
Superintendent Marianne O'Connor says her son and grandchildren live in Newtown, Conn., but her 6-year-old grandaughter did not attend Sandy Hook.
Friday's touched Westborough School Superintendent Marianne O'Connor as a parent and as a grandparent.
"My own son and grandchildren live in Newtown, CT and I have a six year old granddaughter who thankfully did not attend Sandy Hook School," O'Connor said today.
"Our family has been devastated by this event."

School officials have implemented a plan in response to the shooting.
And Westborough community members gathered at the First United Methodist Church on Friday night for a prayer gathering for the victims.
