Laughter Yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy. Various studies have shown that laughter Yoga can reduce blood pressure, heart rate & cortisol levels, increase positive emotions and reduce negative emotions & stress.
