The developers of a 276-unit residential project near the Westborough commuter rail station has a public information meeting planned soon.
Toll Brothers will discuss with interested buyers the eight 2-bedroom townhomes available at Westborough Village, 15 Gleason St., at 7 p.m. Jan. 9 in room 24 of the Forbes Municipal Building, the developer said in a press release.
Applicants face a Feb. 1 deadline. Applications are available at Westborough Town Hall, the Westborough Public Library, calling 978-456-8388 or e-mailing email@example.com, the developers said. The lottery is at 7 p.m. Feb. 7 in room 24 of the Forbes Municipal Building.
Westborough Village will be a “transit-oriented community of luxurious townhomes, garden-style homes, and single-family homes, with multiple open green spaces creating distinct neighborhoods,” according to Toll Brothers’ website.
Selectmen recently approved the project regulatory agreement between the town of Westborough, the state Department of Housing and Community Development and Toll MA II LLC requiring that 33 of the 276 units be sold as affordable.
