Westborough Village will be a “transit-oriented community of luxurious townhomes, garden-style homes, and single-family homes, with multiple open green spaces creating distinct neighborhoods,” according to Toll Brothers’ website.

Selectmen recently approved the project regulatory agreement between the town of Westborough, the state Department of Housing and Community Development and Toll MA II LLC requiring that 33 of the 276 units be sold as affordable.
