Redistricting Affects Town Voting Tuesday

Westborough no longer is in the Ninth Worcester District.

Unlike in 2010, Westborough won't have a say today in who's elected Ninth Worcester District state representative.

The most recent census prompted redistricting, including of parts of Westborough, according to Brian McNiff, spokesman for the Secretary of State's office.

In 2010, Precinct 2 was in the Eighth Middlesex District. Precincts 3 and 5 were in the Ninth Worcester District. And Precincts 1 and 4 were in the Eleventh Worcester District.
