Westborough Police said Thursday they seized "a scale, bong, glass pipes and marijuana," as well as alcohol, from a car after a State Police K9 searched it.

A Westborough High School student faces drug and alcohol charges after a State Police K-9 searched a car parked at the school's student parking lot Wednesday.

Westborough Police said Thursday they seized "a scale, bong, glass pipes and marijuana," as well as alcohol, from a car after the search.

Jacob A. Rolfe, 18, of 10 Spring Road, Westborough will be charged with possession of drugs within a school zone, possession of alcoholic beverages on school property, being a person under 21 transporting alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, when he is summoned to Westborough District Court, police said in a press release.

School officials had called police around 9:47 a.m. to report "suspicious activity in the student parking lot," police said.

"The administration has been observing a male student and two female students entering a parked vehicle on a number of occasions during the school day," police said.

"The officers at the scene observed marijuana and drug paraphernalia in plain view inside the vehicle," police added.

All three students involved attend Westborough High, Police Chief Alan Gordon said.
