1 Arrested For Drunken Driving

An Auburn resident faces drunken driving charges after Westborough Police arrested him on Route 9 at 5:29 p.m. Saturday.

Police charged Michael Thomas Hurley, 38, of 154 Leicester St., Auburn, with operating under the influence of liquor; possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle; and operating under the influence of liquor - per se: BAC .08 percent above, according to the Westborough Police log.

On Friday, at 6:11 a.m., police received a report from Milk at Summer streets of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 7:04 a.m., police received a report from Flanders Road of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.

At 9:40 a.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 10:51 a.m., police received a report from Upton Road of a general disturbance.

At 1:44 p.m., police received a report from West Main Street of suspicious activity.

At 3:50 p.m., police received a report from Sassacus Drive of fire/smoke/gas.

At 4:10 p.m., police received a report from West Main Street of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 5:32 p.m., police received a report from Computer Drive of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 5:50 p.m., police received a report from North Drive of a burglar alarm.

At 6:01 p.m., police received a report from East Main Street of a disabled motor vehicle.

At 7:04 p.m., police received a report from West Main Street of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

On Saturday, at 6:12 a.m., police received a report from Wachusett View Drive of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.

At 9:11 a.m., police received a report from East Main Street of a burglar alarm.

At 9:33 a.m., police received an animal complaint from Upton Road.

At 10:33 a.m., police received a report from East Main Street of a burglar alarm.

At 3:26 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 4:09 p.m., police received a report from West Main Street of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 5:50 p.m., police received a report from Union Street of a hit-and-run accident.

At 10:58 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a hit-and-run accident.
