Three Daytime House Breaks Reported in Westborough This Month

Mostly jewelry was taken, police said.

Westborough Police are asking residents to report suspicious people seen in their neighborhood.

Three daytime house breaks have happened in Westborough over the past three weeks -- most recently on Tuesday, on Fisher Street, near the MBTA commuter rail station, police said Wednesday in a press release.

"In all of the breaks, mostly jewelry was taken," police said.

"The first two breaks were by kicking in a door. Yesterday's break occurred when the suspect opened a window with an air conditioner in it."

The first break-in happened on Ruggles Street, near Eli Whitney Street, police said.

The second break happened on Eli Whitney Street one week later.
