South Street Resident Charged With Assault

A South Street resident faces an assault charge.

Westborough Police arrested Jason Gaumont, 36, of 77 South St., Apt. 2, on South Street at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Westborough Police log.

Police charged Gaumont with domestic assault and battery, and intimidating a witness.

At 2:36 p.m., police received a report from Granger Road of a suspicious motor vehicle.

At 4:52 p.m., police received a report from Old Westborough at Adams roads of road/tree/wires.

At 5:24 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 6:12 p.m., police received a report from East Main at Lyman streets of road/tree/wires.

At 8:52 p.m., police received a report from Otis Street of an erratic driver.

At 9:30 p.m., police received a report from Westmeadow Plaza of a suspicious motor vehicle.
