At 2:59 p.m., police responded to Turnpike Road for a reported fire. Police arrested Isaac M. Mutesasira, 21, of 297 Turnpike Road, Apt. 315, Westborough and charged him with willful and malicious burning of a building, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and malicious destruction of property less than $250.
