A Westborough man was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery after an incident Saturday night.

Police arrested Shannon A. Williams, of 33 Hyder St., on Hyder Street at 7:04 p.m., according to the Westborough Police log.

At 6:15 p.m., police received a report from Upton Road at Belknap Street of a disabled automobile.
