Westborough Police Charge 1 With OUI

Police charged Omar E. Suarez, 27, of 11 Central St., Apt. 2, Hudson, with operating under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence of liquor: per se, BAC 0.08 percent above, speeding and a marked lanes violation, according to the Westborough Police log.

The arrest happened at 1:46 a.m. Saturday, on Turnpike Road.

In an unrelated matter, police on Sunday arrested a 17-year-old Westborough male on a probation warrant.

The arrest happened at 4:31 p.m. Sunday, on West Main Street. Police did not identify the youth due to his age.
