LOG: Westborough Man Arrested on Third OUI Charge

Arrests

Matthew Cuddy, 31, of Westborough, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on April 15, and charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of accident with property damage, and possession of a Class E drug (Suboxone). He was arrested on Steven Road.

Edwin Vazquez, 35, of New Bedford, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on April 15, on three default warrants. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Oak Street.

  • 12:23 a.m. A patrol officer was sent to West Main Street.
  • 1:27 a.m. Patrol officers were sent to Hundreds Road.
  • 1:37 a.m. An ambulance was called to Lyman Street.
  • 1:46 a.m. A suspicious person was reported on West Main Street.
  • 2:38 a.m. An officer was called to Turnpike Road.
  • 7 a.m. An officer was called to a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street.
  • 11:13 a.m. An ambulance was sent to Lyman Street.
  • 1 p.m. An ambulance was sent to Connector Road.
  • 1:44 p.m. An officer was called to West Main Street.
  • 2:02 p.m. An ambulance was sent to Lyman Street.
  • 3:46 p.m. An officer was sent to Lyman Street.
  • 4 p.m. Lost property was reported on West Main Street.
  • 4:12 p.m. An alarm activation was reported on Milk Street.
  • 5:40 p.m. An ambulance was called to Denny Street.
  • 8:12 p.m. Animal Control was sent to Lyman Street.
  • 9 p.m. An ambulance was sent to West Main Street and later, transported one to the hospital.
  • 10:01 p.m. An ambulance was sent to Milk Street for hospital transportation.
  • 11:02 p.m. An alarm activation was reported on East Main Street.
