Local Man Arrested For Second Time in Less Than Three Months

Resident charged with assault and battery Sunday.

A Westborough man was arrested early Sunday for the second time in less than three months.

Westborough Police charged Kile M. Pizza, 29, of 4 Edgewood Road, with domestic assault and battery, and defacing property, after arresting him on Edgewood Road at 12:49 a.m. Sunday, according to the Westborough Police log.

On Aug. 31, police arrested Pizza and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating so as to endanger, speeding and failure to keep within marked lanes.

The arrest happened after Pizza, driving a 2007 Lexus, rolled his car onto its roof on Ruggles Street near Deerslayer Lane at 1:18 a.m. Aug. 31.

Pizza was trapped inside the car. Westborough firefighters extricated him.
