Driver Faces Second Drunken Driving Charge

A Framingham resident faces his second drunken driving charge after Westborough Police arrested him on Route 9 on Tuesday night.

Police charged Thomas Florian Haas, 38, of 1668 Worcester Road, Framingham, with operating under the influence of alcohol, second offense; a marked lanes violation; operating with a BAC .08 or over; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle/trailer, at 5:40 p.m., according to the Westborough Police log.

At 3:04 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road at Otis Street of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 5:14 p.m., police received a report from East Main Street of threats.

At 8:02 p.m., police received a report from West Street of a suspicious motor vehicle.

At 8:19 p.m., police received a report from Blossom Court of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 9:58 p.m., police received a report from Nash Street of a suspicious motor vehicle.

At 10:38 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a disabled motor vehicle.

At 11:12 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of an erratic driver.

At 11:15 p.m., police received a report from Adams Street of a burglar alarm.
