Driver Faces Second Drunken Driving Charge

A Framingham resident faces his second drunken driving charge after Westborough Police arrested him on Route 9 on Tuesday night.
Police charged Thomas Florian Haas, 38, of 1668 Worcester Road, Framingham, with operating under the influence of alcohol, second offense; a marked lanes violation; operating with a BAC .08 or over; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle/trailer, at 5:40 p.m., according to the Westborough Police log.
