Driver Charged in OUI, Hit-and-Run

An alleged drunk driver whom police say was involved in a hit-and-run accident was arrested early Friday.

Police charged Thomas P. Orlando, 25, of 35A Warren St., Westborough with operating under the influence of liquor, leaving an accident scene after property damage, and a marked lanes violation, according to the Westborough Police log.

Police arrested Orlando at 12:52 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Warren and Mount Pleasant streets.
