Seth Mazzaglia, 29, of Dover is facing a second-degree murder charge as authorities continue to search for Elizabeth "Lizzi" Marriott's body.

A Dover, N.H. man will be arraigned on Monday morning for second-degree murder in connection with the disappearance and death of University of New Hampshire student Elizabeth "Lizzi" Marriott of Westborough.

Seth Mazzaglia, 29, of Dover will be arraigned in Dover District Court at 10:45 a.m. as authorities continue to search for Marriott's body. He is being held at the Strafford County Jail in Dover.

. Police located Marriott's car in the UNH parking lot, but no one has seen her since Tuesday, Oct. 9. According to police, Marriott, 19, a Marine Biology student, completed a class at the Durham campus and said she was on her way to Dover to visit some friends.

During a Saturday press conference, Vara said Mazzaglia and Marriott knew one another, but were not involved in any kind of relationship. According to Mazzaglia's web site, he is "an experienced Actor, Writer and Fight Choreographer" who has worked in theatres in Southern New Hampshire for many years, most recently in the Garrison Players' production of "The Miracle Worker."

Mazzaglia lives on Mill Street in Dover. Police searched a Mill Street apartment building on Friday, searching a dumpster located nearby.

As authorities continue to investigate the case, they have not released any details yet about Mazzaglia may have killed Marriott or what he may have done with her body.

The search for Marriott's body was intensified on Friday and after Portsmouth Police received some information that Marriott's body might be somewhere near Peirce Island, they conducted a search on Friday evening and Saturday morning.

In Marriott's home town of Westborough, Mass., family members and friends held a candle light vigil to remember the young woman who was once a prom queen. University of New Hampshire officials also released a statement on Saturday expessing the campus' sorrow and grief over Marriott's death.

Her death has also left some of her close friends from childhood equally shocked and saddened.
