• 12:26 a.m. A suspicious person was reported on East Main Street. A Marlborough woman was taken into protective custody.
• 1:36 a.m. A West Main Street resident was transported to the hospital.
• 6:34 a.m. Police assisted EMTs with an East Main Street call.
• 7:10 a.m. An Upton Road resident received medical services.
• 9:03 a.m. An officer was sent to West Main Street.
• 10:30 a.m. An officer was called to West Main Street.
• 11:33 a.m. An alarm activated on West Main Street.
• 11:34 a.m. Officers were called to an alarm activation on Hundreds Road.
• 11:56 a.m. A parking violation/complaint was filed on West Street.
• 1:41 p.m. An officer was sent to Longmeadow Road.
• 5:27 p.m. Officers were called to an alarm activation on Rogers Road.
• 7:31 p.m. EMTs assisted an Oak Street resident.
• 9:06 p.m. A Grove Street resident was transported to the hospital
• 10:28 p.m. An officer assisted the fire department with a smoke/gas investigation on Arch Street.

• Joseph M. Hayes, 42, of Westborough, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on Feb. 8, and charged with domestic assault and battery. He was arrested on Isaac Miller Road.

• 1:55 a.m. Officers were sent to Turnpike road for a traffic/motor vehicle incident.
• 4:16 a.m. An alarm activated on Corning Fairbanks Way.
• 10:40 a.m. Officers were called to Turnpike Road for an incident.
• 10:52 a.m. An officer was sent to assist with a search on Turnpike Road, with negative results.
• 11:12 a.m. An officer was sent to a found property call on West Main Street.
• 1:57 p.m. An officer was called to West Main Street to assist with a call.
• 2:09 p.m. A parking violation/complaint was filed on Park Street.
• 2:35 p.m. Officers were called to the intersection of Turnpike Road and Computer Drive to assist with a call.
• 3:16 p.m. An accident with property damage was reported on Turnpike Road.
• 4:53 p.m. A suspicious person call was reported on West Street but a search turned up negative.
• 6:17 p.m. An erratic driver was reported on Turnpike Road but nothing became of the call.
• 6:56 p.m. An erratic driver was reported on Turnpike Road but nothing became of the call.
• 7:52 p.m. An officer was sent to assist EMTs with a call on East Main Street.
• 8:09 p.m. A domestic incident was reported on Prospect Street. It was referred to another agency.
• 8:21 p.m. An erratic driver was reported on Lyman Street.

• 10:45 p.m. An officer was sent to a suspicious person call at Turnpike Road and Otis Street but nothing was found.

• 11:04 p.m. Lost property was reported on Turnpike Road.
