Brigham Street Man Charged With Assault and Battery

A Brigham Street resident was charged with assault and battery by a dangerous weapon after an incident early Sunday.

Westborough Police arrested Robert S. Falvey, 52, of 17 Brigham St., Apt. 4, on South Street at 12:36 a.m., according to the Westborough Police log.

Police made two, unrelated arrests this weekend.

A Framingham resident whose driver's license was revoked for drunken driving was arrested in Westborough for traffic issues early Saturday.

Westborough Police arrested Jennah P. Collins, 23, of 186 Arthur St., Apt. 2, Framingham at Milk at Fay streets at 1:27 a.m., and charged her with operating after revocation for drunk driving; a marked lanes violation; and refusing to identify herself, according to the Westborough Police log.

At 9:35 a.m., police received a parking complaint from Boardman Street.

At 1:27 p.m., police received a report from Fisher Street of a general disturbance.

At 2:17 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a burglar alarm.

At 2:23 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of an erratic driver, which proved unfounded.

At 4:20 p.m., police received a report from Fisher Street of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 7:53 p.m., police received a report from Quick Farm Road of fire/smoke/gas.

At 10:57 p.m., police received an animal complaint from Kings Grant Road.
