ARRESTS: Two Men Charged with OUI
The Westborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Joseph Mewhiney, 29, of Grafton, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on May 4, and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, motor vehicle lights violation, and operating after license or right to operate was suspended. He was arrested after a traffic stop on West Main Street.
Vinay G. Ratnam, 34, of Framingham, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on May 4, and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, and failure to use care and caution while stopping. He was arrested at the intersection of Turnpike Road and Lyman Street.
