ARRESTS: Southboro Man Charged with OUI
The Westborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Jeffrey J. Merloni, of Edgewood Road in Southborough, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on June 21, on OUI liquor and marked lanes violation charges. He was arrested at the intersection of Turnpike Road and Bellows Road after two patrol officers were called to an accident with property damage.
Joseph A. Pryharski, of Appleseed Drive in Westborough, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on June 21, on an assault and battery (domestic) charge. He was arrested on Milk Street.
In November 2013, he was charged with violating an abuse prevention order, according to a post on Patch.

According to online reports, Pryharski was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon during a family dispute in September 2012.
He was arrested in Hopkinton in June 2012, on possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute, distribution of a Class D substance, and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws, according to online reports.
