ARRESTS: Franklin Man Charged with OUI
The Westborough Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Nathan King, 25, of Jordan Road in Franklin, was arrested at 6:02 a.m. on May 23, and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation. He was arrested at a motor vehicle stop on West Main Street.
Joseph R. Capen, 42, of Cold Spring Road in Billerica, was arrested at 6:37 a.m. on May 24, on a warrant. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Turnpike Road.
