Alleged Drunken Driver Charged in Rear-End Crash
The other driver, Bella M. Amigud, 32, of 293 Whitney St., Northborough, was treated at the scene for minor injuries by Westborough Fire Department paramedics.
An allegedly drunk Westborough resident was arrested after a rear-end crash at Milk at Phillips streets on Tuesday, Westborough Police say.
Police arrested Kevin R. Gustafson, 52, of 21 South St., Westborough, and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, and following too close, police said in a press release.
The other driver, Bella M. Amigud, 32, of 293 Whitney St., Northborough, was treated at the scene for minor injuries by Westborough Fire Department paramedics after the crash, which was reported around 10:45 a.m.
Police said Patrolman Brian Massey's investigation showed that both drivers were headed west on Milk Street when "the Gustafson vehicle rear ended the Amigud vehicle," police said.
Gustafson was driving a Dodge Stratus, and Amigud a Nissan Murano.
Gustafson faces arraignment in Westborough District Court on Tuesday.
