Alcohol Allegedly Found in Back Seat
A Westborough teenager will be summonsed to court.
A Westborough teenager will be summonsed to court after a Westborough Police offficer allegedly found a case of Corona in the back seat of his car Saturday night.
Jackson Venditti, 17, of 10 Jasper St., will be charged with being a person under age 21 transporting alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle, Police Chief Alan Gordon said today.
Venditti allegedly was parked on West Main Street, at Pinecrest Drive, at 10:37 p.m. Saturday when an officer saw another 17 year old run toward the car from his Pinecrest home, Gordon said.

Venditti will be summonsed to Westborough District Court at a later date, the chief said.
