2 Worcester Men Arrested on Warrants

Westborough Police arrested two Worcester men on warrants during a traffic stop on Lyman Street at 5:41 p.m. Sunday.

Police arrested Angel Velez Marrero, 29, of 15 Everett St., Apt. 2, Worcester, on a default warrant for trafficking cocaine, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle without a license, according to the Westborough Police log.

Police also arrested Jefrie V. Marrero, 27, of 15 Everett St., Apt. 2, Worcester, on a warrant for conspiracy, breaking and entering for a felony, and larceny over $250.

At 8:12 a.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a burglar alarm.

At 9:47 a.m., police received a report from Spring Road of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.

At 10:51 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of suspicious activity.

At 11:31 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.
