1 Charged With Failing to Obey DPW Sign

A Marlborough resident was charged with failing to obey a DPW sign in Westborough on Thursday morning.

Westborough Police also charged Jean Marie Beane, 43, of 131 Pleasant St., Apt. 3, Marlborough with operating after suspension, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation (tires), according to the Westborough Police log.

The arrest occurred at East Main Street at Steven Road at 6:04 a.m., according to the log.

At 9:13 a.m., police received a report from East Main Street of suspicious activity.

At 10:57 a.m., on Turnpike Road, police arrested Gracifer M. Jacquez, 26, of 77 Providence St., Apt. 3, Worcester, and charged her with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and owner operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker.

At 11:13 a.m., police received a report from South at Denny streets of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 11:16 a.m., police received a report from Lyman Street of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.

At 12:19 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road at East Main Street of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 12:49 p.m., police received a report from Steven Road of a suspicious person.

At 3:07 p.m., police received a report from Garfield Drive of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.

At 4:54 p.m., police received a report from Computer Drive of a fire alarm.

At 8:08 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a disabled motor vehicle.

At 9:02 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a disabled motor vehicle.
